Why can't I save and publish my proposal?
Problem: When you visit the Proposal page, it keeps spinning with the “Please Wait” message.
Solution #1
This is a common issue in Safari browsers. To remedy this, please use our supported browser, Google Chrome. If you do not have Chrome, you can click here to download it.
Solution #2
Clear your browser cache. If there were recent updates to Details or if you haven't cleared your cache in a while (or ever!) that could be it! Click here for full instructions.
