Why is there an outstanding balance after my client paid the final invoice?
Problem: Your client paid their final balance, but there is still an outstanding balance.
Solution: Go to 'Financials' > 'Payments' and review the logged payments. Often times, the credit card box will be checked. When checked, this applies the convenience fee set in your company defaults. Uncheck the box and the additional amount will be removed.
