Why is my fee showing as a product?
Charged delivery, but it's showing as a product? Here's how you can change that:
If you're using a Category Group (aka line item group) for items like your services, you need to make sure you've adjusted how the software will categorize the line item charge. More than likely, it is listed as a 'TP', or taxable product.
