Why Can't I See My Totals On The 'Event List'?
Problem: None of the event totals (grand total, outstanding balance, total paid…) are showing on the Event List event though I have them toggled to 'On' in my 'Settings'.
Solution: Turn off Privacy Mode. While 'Privacy Mode' is on, all client totals are hidden on the Event List
1. Click your user icon in the upper-right corner of the page
2. Click 'Privacy Mode' to turn it off
You can also toggle 'Privacy Mode' off by clicking the 'Main Menu' at the top left-hand corner of the page and then clicking 'Settings' > 'Privacy Mode.'
