Why have I not received my client's payment yet?
Problem: My client paid me through Details invoicing/Stripe, but I’ve not received the funds yet.
Solution: If it was the first accepted payment through Stripe, it will take 7-10 days to receive the first payment. During this time, Stripe is reviewing your company details and ensuring everything is correct.
If it is not your first collected payment, please contact Stripe directly and they will be able to assist you further. Due to security reasons, the Details team is unable to investigate payment issues beyond the normal scope of successful/declined payments.
