Client Information: The Client Activity Log
Client's may reach out to you in a variety of ways - be it phone, email, or text. When you're working with a team, it can be a struggle to keep it all organized. That's why we created the Client Activity Log!
Located on the Log, Notes, and Events page, the Client Activity Log allows you and your associates to make notes of all communications with the client.
Simply fill in the fields and save. Once saved, you can click to pull up the details whenever you need them!
