The Costs Page: Ordering Items from Accent Decor

You can place orders from Accent Decor directly through your Details Flowers account!

Any items within the Accent Decor collection that are available and being used in an event can be ordered directly from the 'Costs' page of that event. You'll see the following banner when you arrive at the 'Costs' page if you have any Accent Decor products on that active event.

Placing an Order

Follow these steps to place an order with Accent Decor.

  • Click directly on the yellow banner seen in the photo above.
  • In the resulting window, enter the quantities needed and see the estimated order total.
    • Note: Items may have minimum increments for an order. For example, this Addi vase comes in increments of four. Order quantities will automatically be updated to suit the proper increments if entered incorrectly.

    • Note: There is a minimum order total of $100 in order to successfully place an order.
  • Once the quantities needed have all been filled out, click the 'Next' button.
  • You will be prompted to select whether or not you are an existing Accent Decor customer. 
    • If you are, you'll be prompted to enter your Accent Decor Customer ID, which can be found on your last invoice from them. You will only be asked for this once and then the system will save your information!
    • If you are not an Accent Decor customer, you will be taken right to the next screen to fill out billing and shipping information. You can always enter an Accent Decor Customer ID later when you receive one with your first order!
  • Click 'Next' to continue processing the order.
  • Make sure your contact, billing, and shipping informationScreen Shot 2020-03-17 at 2.36.56 PM are correct.  If your shipping information matches the billing information, you can click the 'Same as Billing' button to autofill the shipping information.
  • Click 'Next' to continue processing the order.
  • On the 'Summary' tab of the order, verify that everything is correct and click 'Submit' to send the order to Accent Decor!
    • Note: There is not currently a way to place future-dated orders.
