Our bulk importing service allows users to manage and customize their product offerings effortlessly. The system comes pre-loaded with several thousand items that you can use immediately, with the flexibility to tailor them to fit your business needs.
Why Use Global Items?
We recommend prioritizing the use of items already included in the system that come from our trusted partners. At Details, we track global item usage based on the number of times an item is used, the number of events it appears in, the average cost per item, and more. This data is shared with our partners to help them better identify trends and ensure they have the right products available when you need them. Using global items ensures you stay in sync with market trends and have access to high-demand products at the right time. Global items are marked with a yellow globe symbol on the Table view of the item gallery within any collection.
Add Your Own Items
If there are additional items you wish to include in the system, we make it easy to import them. Simply download one of our formatted spreadsheets—one for fresh products and another for vases & rentals/hard goods. The important fields for your items include:

Cost and Access
The bulk importing service is available for a fee of $2 per item imported. Once your spreadsheet is formatted with all the necessary information, send it back to our team, and we will take care of the rest!
