Reports: Admin/Convenience Fee

See how much you had charged in Admin or Convenience fees using the Event Totals page!

If you’d like to see how much you’ve collected in Admin or Convenience Fees from your clients, you can easily pull that information using the Event Totals report.

Head to the Event Totals page, which you'll find under Reports in the main menu.

Once there, look for the 'Settings' menu in the top-right corner of the Event Totals section. This allows you to choose which columns of information you’d like to see in your report. You can toggle on as many or as few as you like—just be sure to include the Admin Fee and Convenience Fee columns, depending on what you're trying to review.

To narrow down your results, use the Search section at the top of the page. You can filter your report by event date, location, event lead, and other criteria to zero in on the data that matters most to you. You’ll also find a Showing drop-down that lets you select whether you want to look at past events, current ones, or others based on your needs.

Once your filters are set, hit the Search button to run the report. When your results load, you can export them by clicking the Export button. This will generate a CSV file, which you can open in any spreadsheet tool like Excel or Google Sheets for easy viewing and analysis.
