How do I remove a duplicate client/event?

Problem: You have a duplicate client on your Event List

Solution: Move the unwanted one to the Did Not Book list

1. Check the box on the far right side of the page for the client you wish to remove

2. At the bottom of the page, click "Mark As Did Not Book"

3. Click "save"

Optional: You may also use the 'Archive' list for accidental additions to your Event List!
