Why won't the admin/convenience fee show on the proposal?

Problem: You checked the credit card box on the Payments page to apply a convenience fee, but it’s not showing on the 'Summary' page of the proposal. Alternatively, you entered an admin fee, but it’s not applying.

Solution: Remove the admin fee OR the convenience fee. You cannot apply both to one event.

Note: The admin fee is calculated based on the total event balance (subtotals, taxes, and fees). The convenience fee is applied to a singular logged payment and includes subtotals, taxes, and fees.
