# Account Information: End of Trial & First Payment
## Exploring Details Flowers during your 7-day trial? Here's what you need to know about the first payment:
Once your 7-day trial ends, you will **automatically be charged** the total subscription rate (minus any applied discounts) for the package (monthly, annual, annual enterprise) selected during your trial. If you do not plan on continuing with Details, please cancel your account *before* your trial ends.
Once your first payment runs through, you will have uninterrupted service to details for 30 days or 12 months, depending on the package selected. If you have any questions about this, please email our support team: [support@detailsflower.com](mailto:support@detailsflowers.com)
