Static pages are forms with no questions for your client to fill out. One example of a static page you could create is an 'About Us' page to let your clients know who is bringing their vision to life.
Creating a Static Form
To create a Static Form, go to the 'Form List' option in your Main Menu. From there, click the button to 'Create New Form.' On the resulting box, make sure to toggle the 'Static Page' option to 'Yes.'
Like on other forms, you'll want to set the form to 'Active' when you are ready to utilize it. On the 'Advanced' tab, you can also select Open & Close dates and a form URL Slug if you have a custom subdomain enabled on your account.
Once you click the 'Save' button, you will be brought to a page to select if you want to start from scratch or if you want to load a template. Unless you have previously made a template from a static page, select to start from scratch.
Once on your form, you will be able to start building out your page. Below is a list of options to build out your page with photos and verbiage.
In the 'Menu' option at the top right-hand corner of your Form Editor, you will be able to adjust your Form Defaults. This will include option like your font, background image/color, font colors, and more.
Once you build out your form and format it that way you would like, you will be able to preview your form using the buttons at the bottom of the page. On the preview, you can view what your page will look like on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile device views.
A Static page can be sent using the Form Link as an individual page, but it can also be attached as an option on your Client Portal Settings navigation.
