Access the 'Client Log', see signed 'Proposals', and more with the 'Client Quick Menu'!
Easily accessing the 'Client Log' or viewing a record of each time the 'Proposal' has been signed for an event is easy with the 'Client Quick Menu'. At the top of each page within an event, you will see the client's name and event date at the top. Clicking on this will show the 'Client Quick Menu'!
On the resulting menu, you will be able to see the client's phone number and email address under the 'Contact Info' section and the event name and date under the 'Event Info' section. Next to each section is the option to edit. By choosing 'Edit' next to the 'Contact Info', you will be taken into the client record where you will be able to make notes, edit the client's personal information, or add an additional event.

By clicking 'Edit' next to the 'Event Info' section, you will be taken directly to the 'Details' page of the event. From there you will be able to make any adjustments to the event info!

At the bottom of the 'Client Quick Menu' is an option to 'View Documents' for the event. On the resulting screen, you will see a record of each time the proposal was signed as well as a list of each version of the proposal. Clicking the 'Edit' button next to 'Proposal Versions' will take you directly to the 'Proposal' page of the event!
And last but not least, at the bottom of the menu, you have the option to 'View All Documents' which will take you straight into the 'Documents' page of the event. This is a great way to navigate around the event from any event page.
