Tipping is a common way to recognize great service, and you can easily track and report on those gratuities within Details Flowers Software. The Tips Reporting Page provides a clear, organized view of all tips received across your events, helping you monitor trends, manage records, and export data with ease.
Search
At the top of the Tips Reporting Page, you'll find the Search tool that helps you narrow down the results displayed in the Event Tips section.
You can quickly locate tips using criteria such as:
- Tip For
- Tip Note
- Event Name
- Event Lead
- Event Type
- Referral
- Ceremony Location
- Reception Location
- Client Name
- Client Email
Quick Stats
The Quick Stats section provides a high-level summary of your tips, giving you immediate insights into:
- Total Tip Amount
- Total Tips
- Total Number of Tips
- Average Tip Amount
- Average Tip Percentage
These figures help you gauge overall trends and client tipping behavior at a glance.
Event Tips
The Event Tips section presents a detailed table of gratuity data for events matching your search criteria. In this section, you can:

Customize which columns are visible using the Settings menu

Click an Event Name to jump directly to that event

Edit the Tip For and Tip Note fields inline

Export the entire table to a CSV for further analysis or recordkeeping
