Reports: Inventory Management

Keep track of your inventory and inventory conflicts in the Inventory Management reports section.

The Inventory Management page is your central hub for tracking stock levels and resolving scheduling conflicts. Designed for efficiency, this tool ensures your team stays updated and your events stay on track.

The Items page provides a comprehensive snapshot of your current stock. At a glance, you can monitor item types, total quantities, locations, and the most recent updates.

The Qty, Location, Type, and Note columns of data can all be edited right from this page. Clicking the item name opens the item editor modal to make even more changes, like adjusting your rental price, updating colors, and more.

At the top of the page, you can search your inventory based on Item Name, Location, Type of Item, Inventory Quantity, and Last Updated

Changes made on this screen will be reflected on your items moving forward. 

Stay ahead of logistical hurdles with the Usage page. This view tracks where your inventory is committed and alerts you to potential shortages. You can view this page by clicking the 'Usage' button in the top right corner of the table.

At the top of the page, you can search your inventory usage based on Item Name,  Type of ItemEvent Date,  Last Usage, Next Usage, and whether the event Has Conflicts or not

Click the teal totals in the Events or Conflicts columns for a detailed breakdown of the specific events involved.
