Forecast your payments with ease using the Expected Payments page in Details!
The Expected Payments page is your payment forecasting tool in Details, giving you a clear picture of incoming payments across all your events. Whether you're planning ahead or following up on overdue payments, this page makes it simple to track what’s expected, what’s been paid, and what still needs attention.
Search Options
At the top of the page, you’ll find a comprehensive search bar designed to help you narrow down payment records quickly and effectively. You can search using the following criteria:

To further refine your view, apply these helpful filters:

Is Due – Shows payments that are either due today or past due

Is Late – Focuses specifically on payments that are past their due date
- Is Paid - Shows payments that have been successfully processed
Quick Stats
The Quick Stats section offers a real-time snapshot of your selected payments. Based on your current search criteria, you’ll see:

Use the Payment Timeline Quick Stats to see exactly which payments are due in the next 7, 30, or 90 days. Click any segment to view the specific payments included in each total.
Expected Payments
At the bottom of the page is a table displaying all payments that match your search and filter selections. For each payment, you can view:

Use the 'Settings' menu to customize the table layout. Toggle specific columns on or off to focus on the data most relevant to your current query.
Additionally, the far-left column of the table displays a "Payment Risk" status for clients you’ve previously received payments from. This status is determined based on the client’s historical payment behavior, specifically, whether past payments were submitted on time or late. It’s a helpful indicator for assessing the likelihood of timely payment for upcoming required payments.
Once your table is configured, you can export it as a CSV file to open in your preferred spreadsheet program—ideal for sharing with your team or for financial tracking outside the platform.
