# Account Information: Support Portal
## We are here to help you succeed! We have many resources available to help you learn how to use the software as quickly as possible.
#### Live support:
You can call us from 9-5 EST, Monday - Friday. Our number is (386) 255-9594. We are happy to answer your questions! If you have numerous questions that may result in a call longer than 15 minutes, we kindly ask that you [schedule time with Support](https://calendly.com/the-details-support-team) so we can dedicate the time you deserve!
#### Chat with Us:
Have a quick question? Click the chat icon located in the bottom-left corner of your Details account! You'll be connected instantly with a member of our support team. Chat is available from 9-5 est, Monday - Friday.

#### Schedule time with Support:
Scheduling time with support allows us to give you the undivided attention you deserve! To book a time slot with Support, head to the Support Portal, located within Details (click the 3 lines in the upper-left corner > Support > Contact Us). Once you click the link, you'll pick the right meeting for you!
#### The Support Portal:
- Click the 3 lines in the upper-left corner
- Click 'Support' > 'Contact Us'
- Select the desired form from the drop-down under 'Type of Request' > 'Submit.'
*Special Note: Please send us the client name and event date for specific problems. You can find your most recently worked-on events under the 'Related Events' dropdown.*
A team member will review your question/issue and reply within 1 business day. Please keep an eye on your inbox while your support request is open. We might need additional information, and we’ll request it via email.
#### Details University - Professional Training Courses:
Participating in our specially designed one-on-one training courses is the best way to learn how to use Details. Not only will we teach you the basics, but all the special small details that make our software solution so powerful. If you want to hit the ground running, we recommend taking advantage of these training courses!
These courses are $50 to $75 per session for Monthly subscriptions, applied as a charge to your card on file. Annual and Enterprise subscriptions include these courses for **free!**
