Schedule time with Support:
Scheduling time with support allows us to provide you with the undivided attention you deserve! To book a time slot with Support, head to the Support Portal, located within Details (click the 3 lines in the upper-left corner > Support > Contact Us) Otherwise, click here to schedule time with Support.
Once you click the link, you'll pick the amount of time you would like (15, 30, or 45 minutes), along with the day and time that works best for you.
The Support Portal:
- Click the 3 lines in the upper-left corner
- Click 'Support' > 'Contact Us'
- Select the desired form from the drop-down under 'Type of Request' > 'Submit'
Special Note: Please send us the client name and event date for specific problems. You can do this by finding your most recently worked-on events under the 'Related Events' dropdown.
A member of our team will review your question/issue and get back to you within 1 business day. Please keep an eye on your inbox while your support request is open. We might need additional information and we’ll request it via email.
Details University - Professional Training Courses:
Participating in our specially designed one-on-one training courses is by far the best way to learn how to use Details. Not only will we teach you the basics, but all the special small details that make our software solution so powerful. If you're looking to hit the ground running, we recommend taking advantage of these training courses!
These courses are $50 per session for Monthly subscriptions, applied as a charge to your card on file. Annual and Enterprise subscriptions include these courses for free!
