Removing A Duplicate Client From The Event List
Problem: You have a duplicate client on your Event List
Solution: To remove a duplicate client, you'll want to move one to either the 'Archive' or the 'Did Not Book' list
1. Click the check the box on the far right side of the page for the client you wish to remove
2. At the bottom of the page, click 'Mark As Did Not Book' or 'Archive' depending on which list you would prefer them to be in.
