The Costs Page: Amount Ordered VS Amount Needed

Sometimes, you'll need to order a few extra stems to round out your bunch count. So, how do you notate this extra inventory?

When you input your numbers on the costs page, it will notify you in red if you have not ordered enough. If you order the correct amount or over that, it will give you a green checkmark, letting you know that you have enough to fulfill the event.

Once you have entered the amount ordered, you can easily view the amount needed vs. the amount ordered. You will see that now that I have entered in the quantity ordered:

You can then subtract the number ordered from the quantity needed to see how much you have left over. You can also add a note to those items, allowing you to look back and see how much extra you have to use in a future arrangement.

After you have filled out the 'Costs' page with your order information, you can see your projected vs. actual expenses at the bottom of the page. This will help you to see how much you under or over-projected so that you can make adjustments to your item costs as needed for future events.

Please keep in mind that, if you ordered any additional product as stated above, the cost of the additional items will be included in these final numbers. You can manually subtract the additional product's total cost from your 'Actual Total' to get an accurate number for this event.
