How Can I See How Much I Ordered VS. How Much I Need?

When you plug in your numbers on the costs page, it will notify you in red if you have not ordered enough. If you order the correct amount or over that, it will give you a checkmark letting you know that you have enough to complete this event.

After you have filled out the 'Costs' page with your order information, you will now be able to see your projected expenses vs. actual expenses at the bottom of the page. This will help you to see how much you under or over projected so that you can make adjustments to your item costs as needed for future events.

Please keep in mind that if you ordered any additional product as stated above, the cost of the additional items will be included in these final numbers. You may choose to manually subtract the total cost of the additional product from your 'Actual Total' to get an accurate number for this event.
