Track and analyze your event finances with customizable search, filters, and detailed financial breakdowns.
The Event Totals page provides a comprehensive financial overview of your events within Details. Here, you can quickly access key figures, including event grand totals, tax details, a breakdown of taxable vs. non-taxable amounts, and more.
Search & Filters
At the top of the page, you’ll find the Search and Filters sections, which help you refine the data displayed in the Event Totals section.
Search
The Search section allows you to locate events based on:
- Event Name
- Client Name
- Ceremony Location
- Reception Location
- Event Lead
- Event Date
- Event Type
- Referral
- Maximum Grand Total
- Minimum Grand Total
Filters
The Filters section lets you further narrow your results by selecting specific criteria. This will include options like if an event has discounts, fees, non-taxable amounts, and more.
Quick Stats
The Quick Stats area provides an at-a-glance summary of your financial data, including:
- Discounts
- Fees
- Taxes
- And more!
You can adjust the data displayed in this section using the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
Event Totals
The Event Totals section displays detailed financial data for events that match your search criteria. Here, you can:
- Customize the displayed columns using the Settings menu
- Click on an Event Name to navigate directly to that event
- Export the table into a CSV
This section gives you a clear breakdown of your financial data, ensuring easy access to your needed information.
