Details Direct: Prebook Summary

The Prebook Summary page shows any order you’ve started where items have been added to the cart but not yet fulfilled. Think of it as your staging area. A place to review and track prebooks before the vendor confirms them. 

Using the Search Panel

At the top of the page, you’ll find the search panel. This allows you to quickly locate a specific prebook by searching any available fields. You can search by prebook number, product, PO number, arrival date range, or status. Once you’ve entered your search criteria, click Search to refresh the results, or Reset to view all prebooks.

Reviewing the Prebook List

Below the search panel is your pre-book list. Each row displays the prebook number, location, arrival date, carrier, purchase order number, order amount, number of boxes, and total units. Clicking the prebook number opens a detailed view. The actions on the right let you view, duplicate, or print the prebook.

What Happens When a Prebook is Confirmed

If the vendor confirms a pre-book order, the following actions will occur:

• The order will appear on the Order Summary page.

• The individual items from the order will appear on the Purchased Products page..
