Details Direct allows you to place orders for the products you need to bring your planned event to life. With a direct connection to participating suppliers, you can streamline your purchasing process right from within Details.
Registering for Details Direct
Before you can access the portal or place orders, you'll need to register for Details Direct and receive your login credentials.

Accessing the Details Direct Portal
Once registered, you can access the Details Direct portal from several places within your account:

Event List – Use the top navigation bar.

Main Menu – Click on Details Direct in the left-hand navigation.

Within an Event – Use the top navigation bar inside any event.

Costs Page of an Event – Look for the Details Direct banner at the top of the page
Browsing & Selecting Products
Once you’ve clicked into the Details Direct platform, enter your login credentials to sign in. From there, you'll be able to access your Details Direct portal and begin selecting products.
Start at the top left by setting your desired delivery date and confirming your delivery address. This will filter your view to show all available products for that date.
Filtering & Searching Products
On the left-hand side of the page, you’ll see filtering options to narrow your results by:

Item color
-
Cost
-
Category
You can also use the Search Filters bar on the left to look for specific filters.
A second search bar is located in the top right, where you can search by:

Product name
-
Category
-
Color
-
And more
You can toggle between Table View and Image View by clicking the icons in the top right of the results section.
Product Details & Adding to Cart
As you scroll through available products in Image View, each item will display:
-
Price (per bunch or per stem)
-
Color
-
Box type
-
Quantity available
For assorted varieties, hover over the image and click View Breakdown to see the exact mix included.
In Table View, you'll see additional information such as:

Stems per bunch
-
Units per box
-
Adjust the number of boxes.

Click Add to move the item to your cart.
Products in your cart will be held for 60 minutes. If you haven’t completed checkout within that time, the product will return to general availability for others to purchase.
Checkout & Payment
To view your cart and complete your order:

Click the cart icon in the top right.
-
Review your order details and total price.

Click Proceed to Checkout.

Select your payment method, enter your information, and click Pay to submit your order.
