Client Information: The 'Day Of' Contact

Know exactly who you need to be in touch with on the day of your events!

Here's how to make it happen: 

  • Head to the client's Contact Information page. (You can right-click on any field in the 'Event List' and select 'Contact Info' from the available options.)
  • If needed, add your additional contact by clicking the Add Contact button under the Contact List

  • Fill in the contact's name, email, and phone number. 
  • Next, click the checkbox on the upper-right corner labeled Day of Contact

  • Click Save Contact Info

Once selected, the 'Day Of' contact's information will populate on our supporting document, the Delivery PDF. If something goes wrong, you'll have the designated emergency contact handy versus the bride-to-be's information.
