Account Information: Updates to Details Flowers Software

As a cloud-based software solution, you will never have to download and install updates. Your subscription includes any future updates and we strive to complete these outside of business hours.

We make frequent updates to the Details Flowers platform and we will always let you know about them by email, through new Support Center articles, and often times through social media posts.

If the software will ever be down due to scheduled maintenance, we will send out a notice via email. If you have unsubscribed from Details Flowers Software notification emails, we strongly encourage you to update your subscription preferences!
