All amounts paid to Details are non-refundable. If you are unsure if Details is the right fit for you, we recommend fully utilizing your 7-day trial, completing your free demo, and/or selecting a convenient monthly package until you’re sure you would like to commit to an annual subscription.
Monthly subscriptions pay upfront for a full 30 days of service. Partial refunds are not given for any unused time. If you cancel, you will still have access to Details for the remainder of your subscribed time.
Annual & Annual Enterprise pay upfront for a full 12 months of service. Partial refunds are not given for any unused time. If you cancel, you will still have access to Details for the remainder of your subscribed time.
