The Proposal: Creating A Proposal Without Pricing

Need a copy of the proposal without sharing the cost of the event? You can do that with the Details proposal editor!

At times, you may need to hide pricing on the proposal to give to a planner, the mother of the bride, or even the bride herself! First, you will want to hide the individual line item pricing and the category subtotal using the drop-down menus on the left-hand side of the page.

After you have hidden your individual and category pricing, you will want to hide the 'Breakdown' and 'Summary' pages of the proposal. The process for hiding these pages is the same as hiding the individual and category pricing. Navigate to each page and select 'Hidden' from the 'Page Visibility' drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Once you have hidden all of the pricing, you will be able to 'Save & Publish' a new version of the proposal. You will then be able to view the updated proposal. If you need to have both a priced and an un-priced version, we recommend downloading one or both versions as the proposal link will only be valid for one version at a time.
