Can I assign a 'Day of' contact?

Have you ever forgotten item or had a mechanical issue on the way to the venue? We've all been there! To help reduce the stress of those moments, Details Flowers gives you the chance to mark a specific contact as the Day of Contact!

Here's how to make it happen: 

  • Head to the client's Contact Information page (you can do this by clicking the client's name on the Event List). 
  • If needed, add your additional contact by clicking the Add Contact button under the Contact List

  • Fill in the contact's information, like name, email, and phone number. 
  • Next, click the checkbox on the upper-right corner labeled Day of Contact

  • Click Save Contact Info

Once selected, the Day of Contact's information will populate on our supporting document, the Delivery PDF. If something does go wrong, you'll have the designated emergency contact handy versus the bride-to-be's information.
